Fuquay Varina High School – Kristal, along with Heather Baker ATC-L, Dr. Mark Curzan and Dr. Aaron Leininger make up the FVHS sports medicine team. Kristal has served as PT of the FVHS Sports Medicine Team since 2003 and you are likely to catch her on the field at Friday night football games. She has also worked with the soccer team with warm-up programs and rehabilitated many of the FVHS athletes. The Saturday morning Black and Blue injury clinic has been an effective tool for getting injured players back on the field as soon as possible.

Middle Creek High School – Kurt works as a member of the MCHS sports medicine team along with Bill Burniston ATC-L, Dr. Ronald Summers and Dr. Kristen Clarey. He is on the field at Friday night football and rehabilitates their injured athletes. This relationship provides a continuity of care between school, rehabilitation and physician. Kurt also serves as a clinical site instructor to sports medicine high school students at MCHS and FVHS.

Holly Springs High School - Sean and Clayton help cover the sidelines at Holly Springs High School along with Molly Arey ATC-L, Dr. Raymond Carroll and Dr. W. Michael Hart.  Neither have really been football fanatics before, but quickly got the bug this past year as Holly Springs put together some real heart-stoppers!  Sean and Clayton both look forward to continuing this relationship next season and wearing their purple and gold next season.

Fuquay Varina Athletic Association – Back in Action has offered sports performance clinics through FVAA. We provide assistance at the sports medicine tent during the Annual Presidential Cup Soccer Tournament in February and look to continue a great relationship with their athletes, parents and coaches.

ClubWorx – We have been a resource to ClubWorx members since our relationship began in 2002. We have worked with members just starting out and those training for marathons and triathlons.
